I’m Gabriela Talpeanu, a Learning and Development professional with more than 10 years of experience designing onboarding systems, procedures, training, workshops, digital learning, and performance support.
My work often begins where information is scattered across expert conversations, informal routines, outdated documents, or disconnected training materials. I bring that information together, give it structure, and design practical ways for people to learn it, find it, and apply it.
Originally from Romania and now based in Florida, I bring an international perspective shaped by work with frontline teams, managers, subject matter experts, operational leaders, and cross functional stakeholders.
Over the past decade, I have worked across instructional design, onboarding, blended learning, facilitation, compliance training, leadership development, LMS administration, performance support, and learning program delivery.
My experience has taught me that training alone rarely solves a problem. People also need clear expectations, usable procedures, realistic practice, accessible support, and a structured path from learning to independent performance.
I created GT Learning Lab as a home for this approach. It brings together learning strategy, process design, instructional design, and polished execution so that organizations receive more than isolated materials. They receive connected systems people can understand and use.
I connect learning and knowledge solutions to the audience, business need, required behavior, and expected result.
I organize fragmented information, identify gaps, and build clear processes, learning paths, and support systems.
I create experiences and resources that help people understand, practice, find, and apply information in real situations.
I deliver clear, polished work with thoughtful documentation, consistent communication, and attention to detail.
I value clear communication, practical recommendations, and well organized work. I collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts while keeping the process focused, transparent, and easy to follow.
Internal knowledge and client information are treated with care. Portfolio examples are anonymized or recreated before they are shared publicly.

Every project starts by understanding the knowledge, the audience, and how the information needs to be used.
We clarify the audience, goal, current process, existing materials, and what people need to do better.
I organize the information into a clear process, learning path, content flow, or knowledge system.
I define how people will learn, practice, search, apply, and return to the information when they need it.
I create the procedures, materials, tools, training assets, or knowledge resources needed to make the system usable.
